About The Author

The Man. The Myth. The Mustache. The Marconi.

The stories surrounding Nicholas G. Marconi are as wild as the ones he writes, and none of them are exaggerated. If anything, they are understated to make them more believable to the uninitiated.

Marconi is a lifelong fan of science fiction and fantasy. The stories he writes are the sort of things he likes to read: Works that ask questions of what might be and how one might react in such a world.

He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, earning undergraduate degrees in International Relations and Economics, a master’s degree in Agricultural, Environmental, and Resource Economics, and a graduate certificate in Global Food Security. During this time he studied abroad at The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Beijing as well as the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, where he earned a certificate in Central Europe in Economic Transition. In May 2020, he completed a second master’s degree in Curriculum Studies at the University of Northern Colorado.

Before switching to popular fiction, Marconi spent much of his life writing in academia. His most prominent journal publication explores marketing incentives in Fair Trade, warning against the strong possibility of it devolving into a lemons market.

He currently lives with his cats, Sebastian and Julep, in Tallahassee, Florida.
